The team behind PCL has achieved an extensive track record over the years, we have built upon our expertise, knowledge and connections and have come to intrinsically understand the challenges each project faces. We know that no two projects are the same and each needs to be treated in a way that maximizes its unique qualities and points of difference of the project. This approach has assured PCL success with over $2 billion in project retail sales to date and over half a billion in acquisitions in the past few years. In conjunction with our own in-house team, we work closely with trusted agents in all growth centres of the Sydney markets. They present acquisition opportunities to us and after considered reviews we select the best projects and present them to our exclusive group of stakeholders.

We also work on direct briefs for outright purchases on behalf of developers as well as joint venture agreement and work extensively with selected industry consultants to ensure the due diligence process is the best possible and provides our stake holders with the utmost confidence in what we  are presenting and endorsing.

Troy Turner - Principal

Troy has been involved in the development industry since 1990 when as the director of marketing at A.V. Jennings he positioned them as Australia’s largest home builder during his 5-year tenure and for many years to come. He has since been extensively involved in the industry and is seen as one of the leading sales & marketing provider and Project joint venture innovators.

He has managed the full gamut of development initiatives and been involved at varying levels on projects on behalf of many Tier 1 developers and public companies as well as boutique private developers across most areas of Sydney , regional NSW from Jarvis bay to Mudgee and The Hunter.

With a development and building background, coupled with his knowledge, experience and contacts, this places Troy as a must meet partner for land development projects in NSW

  • Parklands – Edmondson Park

    Parklands - Edmondson Park

    Parklands was a boutique Townhouse development of 45, situated 800 metres from Edmondson Station and required a council agreement outside the DCP to allow a better product and quality of living. Situated within the project is a 2000sqm park, one of only a few in the entire suburb and named after the original owners, another agreement outside the box with council.

  • Oak Flats Business Hub

    Oak Flats Business Hub

    Oak Flats is a 6000 sqm mixed-use commercial development that will provide substantial addition to new office space and specialised services to the region. The development includes a Childcare facility, Café, Gym and 2 floors of offices with over 300 permanent staff. With Oak flats train station within walking distance and highway access this location can’t be improved.

  • Caerleon – Mudgee

    Caerleon - Mudgee

    Reflecting the changing face and pace of Mudgee, Caerleon is now an award-winning master planned community set against an historic rural backdrop. The rezoning of over 750 acres of old farmland to this magnificent estate was a long process and well worth the effort.   • Willowdale - Leppington

    Willowdale - Leppington

    Willowdale was the largest private land holding in the area with 3,800 lots available and allowed for a fantastic master planned community with views to the Blue Mountains and Sydney’s cityscape. Facilities for the community include a neighbourhood shopping centre and specialty stores, along with a state primary school, a regional park and playground, and playing fields. The development agreement between the landowners and the developer was made possible by the joint relationships and negotiation skill of PCL Corp and its principle. With the project commencing in 2013 and as of July 2021 there was a 98% clearance rate circa 30 lots per month which is an extraordinary effort and shows the quality of Willowdale.

  • Mount Gilead - Re-zoning

    Mount Gilead - Re-zoning Occurring

    After 3 years of working with the vendors, councils, Department of Planning and multiple consultants, we had this site in a position to present its total potential to the market and achieved a sale of the site for in excess of $110,000,000. The 1200 lot site in the Menangle area was sold to a major national developer and is expected to be rezoned within the next 2-3 years and then we will potentially be involved in future marketing and land sales.
